Shipping Information

Due to the rising costs of oil, shipping charges may change without notification.

Business Days for shipping times will exclude: Sundays, regular Government & Banking Holidays and Observances

Drop Ship Fee:  Shipping charges are based on UPS database charges.  Our Shipping charges are linked directly to UPS system.  There are no mark ups on shipping charges.

Primary Shipping Methods will be UPS.

The monthlywreath.com will not be responsible for any additional freight being billed by the carrier for Incorrect or incomplete Information made by the Addressee.

All products will be shipped from our warehouses including "Special Order" products.

Out of Stock" items will be "Back Ordered". "Back Ordered" items that cannot be shipped within 30 days, will be canceled. "Back Ordered Items" will be listed in the Back Ordered Items" section on the email you receive from us as your order is being processed (normally within 24 hours on regular business days).

Back Ordered items are not charged to your credit card until the items are shipped. When you go to the "Check Out" page of our website, your shipping charges will be estimated. "Actual" shipping charges will be added when your Order is packed and shipped.

Orders with product totals less than $50.00 will have an additional $5.00 handling charge.

Damaged/Defective Product Return – Non Shipping Related:  Contact us at support@monthlywreath.com for a (Return Mmerchandise Authorization) RMA number. This number is to be Clearly Printed on the outside of the box being returned.  Email MonthlyWreath.com for an RMA number and address to return merchandise to.

There may be a 10% "Re-Stocking Charge" on returned items, depending on the Reason and Condition of the item. We have one of the lowest Return rates in the industry. We continue to lower our Returns by constant improvements to our products, Packaging and Handling.
